**Sample Print will be done using Digital Print which the colour will be slightly different from the actual print out done with Offset Print**
Sample Print requires 3 working days to complete and will be sent via SingPost Mail. The mass production will only be commenced AFTER the contract proof is approved by customer with a written approval (eg: email).

Contract Proof will only be printed on single side with no finishing or die-cut.
The Contract Proof comes with a minimum charge of $30 per proof - final price varies by product.

Colour Accuracy:
The colour proximity of contract proof will be as close as possible to the final offset print. However, note that a 100% exact colour match is not possible due to the difference of technology used to reproduce colour.

Terms & Conditions for Contract Proof & Sample Print
Validity
A contract proof is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. It can only be used once, and specifically for the print product customer requested the contract proof for. As it is subject to fading and wear in use, Captain Print will dispose the contract proof after its validity date expired, or after it is used for a print order (whichever comes first).
Indemnification
As it is customer's sole responsibility to review his/her artwork thoroughly prior to submitting them to us, customer therefore acknowledges once he/she approved the contract proof, that the content is free of errors and grant Captain Print permission to proceed with the offset printing of the job. Customer may not therefore, reject the outcome of the print order or demand any compensation from Captain Print due to an error or errors that customer failed to detect on the contract proof. This means that customer will hold Captain Print harmless and save, indemnify, and otherwise defend us against claims, demands, actions, and proceedings on any and all grounds.
