What is your order cut-off time?

• Order is considered as successfully placed AFTER receiving of written artwork confirmation by customer & full payment.
• Order placed after cut-off time will be considered as next-working-day order.

Has the price quoted included delivery fee?

All the prices stated on Website, quoted via Email / WhatsApp / Facebook are subjected to delivery fee, unless stated otherwise.

How much is the delivery fee?

  • $12 per trip per location for the following products (Free delivery for printing order above SGD200):
    • Business Card
    • Rubber Stamp
    • Sticker Label
    • Flyers & Brochures (≤ 300pcs in A5 closed size or smaller)

  • $20 per trip per location for the following products (Free delivery for printing order above SGD350):
    • Digital Printing Products (> 300pcs in A4 closed size or larger)
    • Offset Printing Products (≤ 3,000pcs in all sizes)
    • Large Format Printing Products - Sticker or Posters (in size not larger than A4)

  • $30 per trip per location for the following products (Free delivery for printing order above SGD350):
    • Offset Printing Products (> 3,000pcs in all sizes)
    • Large Format Printing Products - Sticker or Posters (in size larger than A4) / Roll-Up Banners / PVC Banners etc.

Above delivery fee is for standard delivery timing of 9am - 6pm on weekdays (except Public Holidays). Any specific delivery timing will subject to additional charge, based on the delivery location & requested timing.

Delivery Surcharge

• $3 surcharge applies for delivery location within CBD / Orchard / Downtown area.

• $5 surcharge applies for delivery location in Tuas area with Postal Codes starting with 627xxx, 628xxx, 629xxx, 637xxx, 638xxx, 639xxx.

• $15 surcharge applies for delivery to Changi Airport.

• $15 surcharge applies for delivery location in Sentosa Island.

How will the order be delivered?

All goods will be delivered by our trusted delivery partners or our Logistics Captains.

Delivery Schedule

  • • Orders will be delivered between 9am - 6pm on weekdays (except Public Holidays)
  • • Specific delivery timing will subject to additional charge, base on location and the requested timing.

What if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery?

  • • The delivery person will try to reach out to recipient by phone call / SMS / WhatsApp to discuss on the best way to leave the parcel at the location.
  • • If recipient is not contactable, the delivery person will return the order back to Captain Print.
  • • Customer will be liable to all the additional fees incurred by the returned trip & re-delivery.

Self-collection

  • • Self-collection is strictly by appointment only.
  • • Collection point is at Canberra Street.
  • • Customer will receive an email with a link from our Logistics Captain, to book for a 30-min appointment to collect the order when it's ready.
    • The available time slots are within 10am - 5pm of our working days.
  • • Ensure your presence within the booked time slot, extension of pick-up time slot will not be entertained if you are late for your appointment.
  • • If you missed your appointment, you are required to re-book a time slot from the next available timings, which may not be on the same day.
  • • Please inform us for any change of appointment date / time at least 6 hours before the booked time slot.
  • • A $30 admin fee will be charged to anyone who does not show up for appointment without informing.
  • • The imposed admin fee has to be paid before the next appointment can be booked.
  • • As the availability of desired pick-up timings is not guaranteed, thus self-collection is not recommended if you need your item urgently.
