Terms & Conditions / Disclaimer

• All the digitalised artworks (even if the sketch or draft was done by customer) are the properties of Captain Print.

• Captain Print holds the rights to publicise the photos of the artwork and/or the completed LED board produced by us on all of our websites and Facebook pages, as part of our portfolio, without disclosing the confidential and personal information of our clients.

• Captain Print will not publicise any sketch, draft or digitalised artwork which was created and sent by customer on all of our websites and Facebook pages to be our portfolio. 

• Any restrain by customer from publicising his/her order (the artwork and/or the photo of the LED board) on some or all of our websites and Facebook pages as our portfolio, are subjected to a buy-out fee, which will be 3 times the total amount of the artwork and the LED board. 
Buy-out fee = [3 x (artwork fee + price of LED board)]

Quality Assurance (Only applicable to LED Board purchase)

• All boards will be tested before sending out / arranging for collection (with photo taken as proof). Customers are welcomed to bring along their own batteries to test the board upon collection. 

• 3 days of warranty will be given, starting from the next day of collection / delivery.

• Warranty does not cover malicious, inappropriate treatment and mishandling of the LED board.

• Warranty does not any error on the artwork approved by the customer.

• Any artwork or delivery fee paid for the purchase is not covered by the warranty. Thus it's not refundable.

• Board found with physical damage will not be covered by the warranty. Thus no refund / exchange is allowed.

• Board that has been sent or brought to overseas will not be covered by the warranty. Thus no refund / exchange is allowed.

Refund or Exchange Policy (Only applicable to LED Board purchase)

Refund process:

1) Customer files a complaint on product faulty (with supporting photos).

2) Once the complaint is verified, an arrangement will be made with customer to collect back the reported faulty board.

3) The refund will take up to 5 working days to proceed, after collecting the reported faulty board from customer. And it will be depending on the bank's process for the refund to reflect on customer's bank account.

4) Refund will only be made to local bank account.

Please note that, upon collection, if
• physical damage is found on the reported faulty board, OR
• the reported faulty board is not present for collection, OR
• 
customer is uncontactable,
the customer will be liable to a $30 logistic & administrative fee, which due immediately via cash or bank transfer for the waste trip, and will no longer entitle to the refund.

One-to-one exchange process:

1) Customer files a complaint on product faulty (with supporting photos).

2) Once the complaint is verified, our production team will produce an exact same board as the one ordered for an exchange. No amendment on the new board in any way is allowed.

3) Our logistics team will be exchanging the boards with customer once the production is completed (process time: 7-12 working days).

Please note that, upon collection, if
• physical damage is found on the reported faulty board, OR
• the reported faulty board is not present for exchange, OR
• customer is uncontactable,
the customer will be liable to the full cost of the new board plus a $30 logistic & administrative fee, which due immediately via cash or bank transfer for the waste trip.
